Introduce a landlord. We pay you per room.
£100 for every room a landlord you introduce brings under our management, rising to £140, and again for every room they add later.
What you earn
One scheme, the same for everyone. A unit is one let room on a property we manage. Your units are counted across every landlord you introduce, for life.
| Your units | You earn per unit |
|---|---|
| 1 to 50 | £100 |
| 51 to 100 | £120 |
| 101 and above | £140 |
Bands are cumulative and never reset. A property that crosses a band is paid at both rates, pro rata.
£500
5 units x £100. Paid in two halves: £250 after the landlord's first monthly fee, £250 after month six.
£3,000
30 units x £100. Paid in two halves: £1,500 after the first fee, £1,500 after month six.
Open the door, or walk them through it
Send the link and leave the rest to us, or use the Referrer pack to walk the landlord through what we do, book the call and join it. Either way the fee is the same. The price, the proposal and the contract stay with us.
Become a referrer
Free, no paperwork. Your code and link arrive by email.
Register a landlord
So your introduction is protected for 90 days. Do this before you start the conversation.
Questions referrers ask
Who can be a referrer?
Anyone who knows landlords: a salesperson, mortgage broker, solicitor, sourcer, accountant, one of our own landlords, or simply someone with a good contact. The terms are the same for everyone. If you are regulated (FCA, SRA or similar), your own disclosure rules apply and are your responsibility.
When do I get paid?
In two halves. The first half goes on your statement in the month after the landlord's first management fee reaches us. The second goes on your statement after month six, if the landlord is still with us on that property. Your statement arrives on the 1st of the month and we pay by bank transfer within 14 days.
What if the landlord already knows you?
That is the best kind of introduction, so register them first. The one exception is a landlord who is already on our records as a client, lead or past client: nothing is payable for them, and for everyone else the first registration wins.
Do I have to tell the landlord?
That is your choice. Our terms and fees page say we may pay introducers, and that it never changes the landlord's price.
The full rules are in the Referrer terms. Landlords pay the fees on our fees page, whoever introduced them.
