Where your data is stored and who handles it
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business. They process your data on our instructions.
- Our CRM provider, which stores enquiry and client records. It is operated by Progress Software and hosts data in the EU and the US.
- MailerLite, our email newsletter provider.
- Google Workspace, for email and documents.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the US. Where they do, we rely on a safeguard recognised by UK law, such as the UK adequacy regulations (including the UK-US data bridge for certified US companies), or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more detail by using the contact details above.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries: for 2 years from our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
- Client records: as set out in our client terms.
After these periods we delete or anonymise your data, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- ask us to delete your data (erasure);
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
